Joao Miranda Magic was founded in 2016.
Our inventions have been performed across the globe, including most American TV talk shows like “The Ellen Degeneres Show”, “America got talent”, “The Tonight show with Jimmy Fallon”, “Netflix – Magic for humans”, “Good Morning America”, “ACM awards”, Britains Got Talent”, “Fox news”, and more.
THE SMOKE WATCH
The invention “Smoke Watch” created by João Miranda more than ten years ago and one of his first major breakthroughs, was a turning point in magic, regarding smoke devices.
Since then, it has been performed by renowned magicians such as David Copperfield, as well as on TV by the World’s Magic Champion, Shin Lim.
With over 40 magic inventions and counting
João Miranda Magic has been mentioned by his peers as “one of the most important magic innovators of our era” and has been awarded with the prize of “best magic inventor” by the Vanish Magazine.
Besides inventing, João Miranda Magic also lectured at the most prestigious conventions, including the “Blackpool Magic convention” with over 5000 magicians attending, the famous Penguin Magic and Murphys Magic “At the table” series, both in the United States.
João Miranda works full time with a team of talented people that are based in Porto, in the north of Portugal.
